Why I built Glint
I spent seven years sitting one-on-one with five hundred senior leaders: Fortune 500 executives, founders, YPO members. I drew out the thinking that made them irreplaceable, the lived knowledge nobody outside their company could see.
That work became a method.
Then AI arrived. And the most credible people I'd ever worked with started to sound like everyone else. Their fluency went up. Their fingerprint disappeared.
